Paprikas are an excellent source of vitamin C. This vitamin is essential for the body because it helps heal wounds, protects cells from free radical damage, fights viral infections and contributes to collagen formation for healthy skin! Add paprika slices onto any sandwich, have them as a snack, add them in your wholegrain pasta salads or stuff them with brown rice and organic minced beef for a healthy oven meal!
