Fatty, saucy, cheesey: PIZZA

It is important – for all of our well-being – to have a fatty, saucy pizza once in a while! And if you’re going to have some, then you might as well have this one:

Recipe for 2 hungry pizza lovers ❤
– 20x30cm pizza dough (store bought or self made with spelt flour (I still have to try this so will post about it later))
– simple tomato sauce (for example, Heinz brand)
– half a zucchini, cubed
– 1 red bell pepper, cubed
– optional: one tomato, cubed
– mozarella cheeze, cubed
– handful of fresh basil leaves
– grated parmezan cheese to cover

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cover the pizza dough with tomato sauce and spread out all the other ingredients evenly over the pizza (parmezan cheese goes last). Bake for 12-15 minutes (dough should be hardened and cheese should be fully melted and a bit golden/brown). Enjoy!
