This is a great side dish or a substantial (camping or outdoors) afternoon snack.
Recipe for 2
10 white asperagus, peeled
Olive oil to sprinkle, and half glass of water
10 pieces of ham, to wrap around the asperagues once it is baked
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the peeled asperagus into an oven dish and sprinkle with olive oil (so that the asperagus do not lose their moisture). Add half a glass of water. Cover the oven dish with aluminium foil and bake for 30 min. Then remove the aluminium foil and bake for another 20 – 30 minutes. Then wrap up in the ham and enjoy!
