Cozy Autumn Oatmeal

Oatmeal recipes are endless so there’s no need to be boring about it. Here’s a super tasty autumn oatmeal twist! Autumn is the season of brown and reddish colors, cozy warm sweaters and luxurious spices. In this recipe, there are pecans, dried apples, cinnamon, maple syrup and goji berries. Autumn colors and spices intertwined for setting the perfect tone for the rest of the cozy autumn day!

Prep time: 10 minutes. Serves 1 bowl of oatmeal.

Oatmeal, organic & gluten-free, 6tbsp
Dried apples, cubed, 1tbsp
Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
Goji berries, dried & organic, 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Maple syrup, 1/2tbsp – or honey, 1 tbsp
Boiling water, enough to cover the oatmeal in a bowl, usually about 150ml is enough.

Place the oatmeal, dried apples and chia seeds into a bowl. Submerse them in boiling water and leaves to soak for about 5 to 10 minutes. Chop pecans or churn them into small pieces with your fingers. Add the pecans, goji berries and maple syrup to the bowl of oatmeal.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy your autumn oatmeal breakfast.
