Red Pesto Spaghetti with Salmon & Rocket

HELLO, awesome ‘n healthy spaghetti. Fresh rocket salad (Dutch: “rucola”) for fibers, olive oil and wild salmon for good fats, line seed for fibre and good fats, and red pesto as a great, saucy dairy substitute – making this meal dairy free!

Spaghetti with Salmon & Rocket

Prep time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients per person:

Spaghetti, for 1
Red pesto, 1 tblsp
Olive oil, 1 tblsp
Line seed, crushed, 1 tblsp
Fresh rocket, washed, 1 large handful
Smoked salmon, 25g, in pieces

1. Boil spaghetti according to instructions on package.
2. When boiled, drain of water. Add olive oil, line seed, red pesto, salmon and rocket. Stir well. Bon appetit!
