BANANA, BANA-NA-NA (who else imagined minions singing this, right?!) is a fruit full of nutrients, including magnesium.
MAGNESIUM IS A VERY IMPORTANT MINERAL. It plays a role in keeping our body’s enzymes and blood vessels functioning well. Magnesium seems to relax blood vessels, which may help relieve tension headaches.
BECAUSE OF THESE PROPERTIES, magnesium has been studied as intervention in patients with migraines (severe headaches) and preeclampsia (a serious condition caused by high blood pressure during pregnancy).
