THIS BLOG WAS STARTED IN 2013, when I established it next to doing my clinical rotations during med school. I became fascinated by the role of nutrition in health (and disease). So, I dug in deep into scientific literature and developed this blog.

DO I COOK? Yes, absolutely. I used to be on continuous lookout for healthy recipes, just to find that most of them were misleading and not healthy at all. That’s when I decided to put some good music on, throw on an apron, dust off my stove and start experimenting. Now the blog is full of developed recipes, delicious savoury and sweet snacks, and just all around good food.
